We can read what comes out of it. We don't replace it. If it's working for one workflow and not another, we sit alongside, not on top.

Most of it is. We trained on real terminal documents: coffee stains, smudges, the works. Anything we can't read with confidence kicks to a human review queue. You always know what's verified and what isn't.
